Chia-Huan Ho
Chia-Huan Ho is originally from Taiwan and brings over 20 years of higher education experience to Stanford. In his role as Organizational Insight Analyst, he extracts, analyzes, and reports data related to the faculty ecosystem at Stanford, including faculty recruitment, development, and engagement. His analyses of faculty data support Stanford's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) commitment and guide senior leadership in strategic planning involving faculty issues by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Chia-Huan has an extensive background in research, teaching, and administration, including academic program review, institutional re-accreditation, and data analytics. Before joining the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Development, Diversity and Engagement, he was the Academic Policy & Systems Administrator in the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education. Prior to Stanford, Chia-Huan worked as a data analyst in Georgia Tech's MBA Program Office and Career Center. He also previously worked at UC Berkeley as an Institutional Research Analyst in the Office of Planning & Analysis. He earned his Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the State University of New York at Albany.
