Faculty Mini Conference & Faculty DEI Committee Appreciation Lunch

Faculty members, members of departmental DEI committees, and department chairs are invited to attend a mini-conference focused on equity-minded leadership and culture change in the academy. The mini-conference will be held from 1:00 - 3:30 pm on April 28, 2023 in Fisher Conference Center. Facilitated breakout sessions will include short videotaped talks by leaders in educational research (provided courtesy of the Faculty Advancement Network) followed by small group discussion on how to apply these ideas within departments, schools and the university. Ideas from the breakout sessions will be shared with all attendees at the conclusion of the event to enable further dialogue and inspire action for change.  Click here to register for the mini-conference.

Prior to the mini-conference, an Appreciation Luncheon will be held on McColl Plaza for members of departmental DEI committees and other faculty and staff members who support faculty diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging through their service to Stanford.
