Mardestinee Perez

MarDestinee C. Perez joins FDE from the University of California, San Diego, where she oversaw the development and implementation of initiatives to advance inclusive faculty excellence.  She has extensive experience partnering with faculty and academic leaders to strengthen institutional support for faculty development, equity, and success. Prior to working in higher education, she designed international education and development programs for nonprofit and federal government agencies. MarDestinee holds an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine.  She is an ICF-certified leadership coach, trained mediator, and ProSci change management practitioner.
