This workshop focuses on mid-career Faculty Development for associate professors, providing insights and strategies for career advancement.  In particular, we will focus on the process and considerations for appointment to Full Professor. This is a 4-part workshop offered through the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD).
