The goal of the teaching lunch is to jump start your teaching at Stanford. We will talk about Stanford students, syllabus design, course evaluations, resources for teaching and learning with and without technology, and free services for you and your students that will save you time and engage your students. After a general introduction on Stanford policies related to course scheduling, syllabi and others, you will have chance to join two 30-minute conversations with staff from the VPTL on course design for learning, engaging Stanford students, student feedback on your teaching and their learning, and digital learning design and Canvas.
