By developing and maintaining databases of recent minority Ph.D.s, faculty of color of various disciplines, and minority professional organizations and publications, the Faculty Recruitment Office aims to provide faculty search committees at Stanford University with the time-consuming assistance they need to conduct exhaustive searches.
